The Simhastha Kumbh Mela at Nashik-Trimbakeshwar is one of the four great Kumbh gatherings of Sanatan tradition, held when Jupiter enters the zodiac sign of Leo (Simha).
Pilgrims bathe at the Ramkund on the Godavari in Nashik and at Kushavarta in Trimbakeshwar, the source of the Godavari and home to one of the twelve Jyotirlingas.
RAMO INDIA participates with sister organisations to run seva camps, support the akharas and assist pilgrims with information, food and medical care.
